Description

You will lead Salesforce development efforts and build applications within the Force.com platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce development teams through the full SDLC.
• Develop Force.com, Apex, and Visualforce applications.
• Manage deployments across separate development, validation, and production environments.
• Collaborate with technical and business users to solve complex problems.
• Drive project management tasks and ensure adherence to technical details.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience developing Force.com, Apex, and Visualforce applications.
• 3+ years of experience leading Salesforce development teams.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Salesforce.com, SOQL, and Java.
• Experience working within business sectors using Force.com or SFDC.
• Experience managing multiple environments to support a full SDLC.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I.
