Lead Salesforce Apex and Lightning development projects from requirements gathering through deployment and support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Salesforce Apex and Lightning projects through completion.
• Guide and mentor the development team technically.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical Salesforce solutions.
• Develop and customize applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Review code, troubleshoot issues, and solve problems to meet project needs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Apex, including triggers, classes, and batch Apex.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components, Aura framework, and Lightning Design System.
• In-depth knowledge of integrating with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Familiarity with Salesforce data modeling, security settings, and deployment strategies.
• Experience working with Business Analysts and Architects.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
