You will serve as the technical authority for the Salesforce platform, guiding the design and architecture of scalable business solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of complex custom logic using Apex and Lightning Web Components.
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle, enforcing code quality and security standards.
• Translate business requirements from stakeholders into technical roadmaps.
• Mentor junior developers on best practices.
• Manage high-level integrations and platform optimizations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a technical role.
• Expert proficiency in Apex.
• Experience designing scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Proficiency with Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle processes.
• Bachelor's degree.
