Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, ensuring technical excellence and professional growth.
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce Apex solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide actionable technical recommendations.
• Conduct rigorous code reviews to enforce best practices and maintain code quality.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and stay current with Salesforce platform updates.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Apex coding and customization.
• Strong knowledge of the Salesforce Lightning framework.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via APIs.
• Deep understanding of the Salesforce security model and data management.
• Ability to lead teams and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
