Lead Salesforce Apex and Lightning development projects from inception to completion.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce Apex and Lightning projects through the full development lifecycle.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into scalable technical solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Develop and customize applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Perform code reviews, troubleshoot technical issues, and enforce development best practices.
• Mentor the development team and provide technical guidance.

Required Skills

• 11+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Proficiency in Apex, including triggers, classes, batch Apex, and declarative features.
• Extensive experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura framework, and Lightning Design System.
• Deep knowledge of integrating external systems via REST and SOAP APIs.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security, and sharing settings.
• Experience managing deployment strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in Technology or Engineering.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II.
