Description

Lead Salesforce Apex and Lightning development teams, overseeing technical execution from inception to completion.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Salesforce Apex and Lightning projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team while performing code reviews and troubleshooting complex issues.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Design efficient integration patterns with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with deep proficiency in Apex triggers, classes, and Batch Apex.
• Strong hands-on experience building with Lightning Web Components, Aura Framework, and Lightning Design System.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, security, and sharing settings.
• Proven ability to design and implement integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Experience with deployment strategies and managing the full SDLC on the Salesforce platform.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
• Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
