Description

Lead architectural design and technical execution of Salesforce implementations.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement solutions across Salesforce Community Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning.
• Manage system integrations and resolve complex bugs within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Configure and maintain standard objects including Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Products, and Price Books.
• Oversee development workflows using formal methodologies such as Waterfall, JAD, or Agile.
• Optimize Lead processes, Sales processes, and Forecasting configurations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with formal development methodologies like Waterfall, JAD, or Agile.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Community Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning and the Lightning Design System.
• Experience with MuleSoft for system integrations.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce development and administration.
• Expertise in managing standard objects: Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunity, Products, and Price Books.
• Proven ability to manage Sales processes and Forecasting.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
