Salesforce Application Architect

You will design and implement scalable, high-performing solutions on the Salesforce platform.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable Salesforce application architectures and end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (QTC) designs including CPQ, Order Management, and Billing.
• Design complex data models, security models, and implement Large Data Volume (LDV) best practices such as indexing and archiving.
• Define integration patterns for customer data, product catalogues, and orders using APIs and middleware to connect with back-office systems like SAP.
• Architect Salesforce CPQ solutions covering product configuration, pricing rules, bundles, approvals, and renewals.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to ensure system resiliency and scalability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and application design.
• Deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce Flows.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ, including product rules, price rules, bundles, amendments, and renewals.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Billing, order generation, and invoice schedules.
• Proficiency with REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience managing Large Data Volume (LDV) considerations and data consistency.
• Practical understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud multi-cloud solutions.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP (ECC/S4 HANA) integrations.
• Experience with middleware platforms and third-party managed packages.
