Description

You will oversee the technical roadmap for the Salesforce organization and ensure all solutions align with platform best practices, security principles, and a low-code approach.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into specific system designs, applications, and process designs.
• Construct detailed solution documents, including scope documents, risk profiles, and financial models.
• Develop architecture and design documentation that meets non-functional requirements and minimizes custom development.
• Perform hands-on development, administration, and technical deliverables as required.
• Provide subject matter expertise and formal advice to both internal and external customers.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Enterprise or Software Architecture.
• Expertise in Enterprise and Software engineering using recognized approaches such as SEI or TOGAF.
• Proven experience creating architecture views and documenting non-functional requirements.
• Deep knowledge of the Salesforce platform and software architecture design principles.
• Experience with implementation oversight and participating in formal design reviews.
• Ability to manage specific systems, applications, risk profiles, and scope documents.
• Experience constructing risk assessments and remediation plans for complex proposals.
• Capability to provide 24/7 on-call support for Salesforce applications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leveraging 3rd party solutions to augment platform capabilities.
