Description

Design and govern end-to-end Salesforce architectures that scale with business needs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define system architecture, data models, and integration strategies using REST/SOAP APIs, Mulesoft, and Dell Boomi.
• Enforce development standards, design patterns, and security protocols across the full SDLC.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using Gearset, Copado, or Jenkins with Git version control.
• Optimize platform performance by managing governor limits, bulk processing, and async processes like Batch Apex and Platform Events.
• Mentor developers and administrators while translating business requirements into technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and development.
• Deep expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Experience with integration middleware such as Mulesoft or Dell Boomi.
• Knowledge of data governance, migration strategies, and ETL processes.
• Understanding of security models, sharing rules, and compliance standards (GDPR, HIPAA, SOC2).
• Ability to conduct code reviews and lead technical governance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with automated testing frameworks and performance monitoring tools.
• Background in mentoring technical teams and conducting knowledge-sharing workshops.
