Description

Lead the technical architecture and implementation of large-scale Salesforce solutions within the healthcare space.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement Salesforce solutions, optimizing configuration versus custom code.
• Guide programming teams to ensure Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning solutions meet technical standards.
• Design integrations between Salesforce and external systems using SOAP and REST services.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture teams on data modeling and technical solutioning.
• Evaluate product solutions within the healthcare payer and provider landscape.

Required Skills

• Platform Developer II certification and at least two Architect-stream certifications.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, SOQL, and JavaScript.
• Proven experience with Lightning, including the Aura framework and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Working knowledge of OmniStudio and Health Cloud data models.
• Experience with at least two large-scale Salesforce implementations (10,000+ users).
• Deep understanding of HIPAA, HL7, and FHIR compliance and interoperability requirements.
• Proficiency with Eclipse IDE and integration via SOAP/REST.
• Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Boomi, Cast Iron, or Mulesoft.
• Strong database development skills including SQL, PL/SQL, schemas, and stored procedures.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced Admin (ADM301) or Sales/Service Cloud Consultant certifications.
• OmniStudio Consultant certification.
• Experience integrating Health Cloud with EHR, EMR, or care management platforms.
