Description

You will define and implement technical architecture across Salesforce Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead the migration from Dynamics CRM, ensuring functional parity and optimizing workflows.
• Build Lightning Components (Aura, LWC), Visualforce pages, Flows, and Process Builder automation.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems (FileNet, mainframe, Guidewire, PMS) using REST, Bulk, and Streaming APIs.
• Configure Email-to-Case, dashboards, and role-based access.
• Oversee secure data migrations and enforce Salesforce security protocols (TLS, MFA, encryption).

Required Skills

• 15+ years of overall experience, with 12+ years in relevant Salesforce architecture.
• Expertise in Salesforce UI development (Aura, LWC, Visualforce).
• Proficiency in Apex and complex integrations.
• Experience managing data migration projects.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce security, SSO, and OAuth.
• Demonstrated expertise in Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with PII and data governance standards.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PMS integrations.
