Description

You will design and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions for the banking domain, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce architecture, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integration strategies.
• Define data models, security models, and sharing rules to support enterprise-level implementations.
• Integrate Salesforce with banking systems, APIs, and third-party applications using REST/SOAP.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams, enforcing governance, performance, and scalability best practices.
• Support data migration, system upgrades, and enhancements while collaborating with QA and DevOps.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Salesforce Architecture.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning (LWC/Aura), and SOQL.
• Proven experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware).
• Deep understanding of data modeling, security, and sharing rules.
• Experience working in the banking or financial services domain (mandatory).
• Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, and release management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce certifications (Application Architect, System Architect, or CTA).
• Experience with MuleSoft or other integration platforms.
• Exposure to regulatory and compliance requirements in banking.
