Architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions for banking stakeholders, focusing on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable Salesforce architectures aligned with retail banking, lending, and payments requirements.
• Lead system integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft middleware with core banking systems.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications while ensuring compliance with banking security standards.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams, defining coding standards, best practices, and governance models.
• Optimize application performance, data security, and sharing rules for complex financial datasets.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Architecture and platform capabilities.
• Hands-on expertise with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura for custom development.
• Strong experience with REST APIs and middleware integration, specifically MuleSoft.
• In-depth knowledge of banking processes including KYC, payments, and lending.
• Understanding of data security models, sharing rules, and regulatory compliance.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
