Description

Design and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions across the enterprise. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design optimized Salesforce configurations, custom objects, workflows, and automation processes.
• Translate business requirements from stakeholders into technical architecture and scalable platform solutions.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and services using APIs and middleware.
• Manage platform administration, including user roles, profiles, permissions, data security, and system audits.
• Develop custom applications, dashboards, and reports to support sales, marketing, and customer service teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce administration and development.
• Expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Proficiency with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and SOQL.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, APIs, and relational data modeling.
• Proven experience designing and deploying custom Salesforce integrations.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator.
• Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder.
• Salesforce Certified Sales or Service Cloud Consultant.
