Description

You will design and implement scalable, secure Salesforce solutions across Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and telephony integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable solutions using Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and MuleSoft for enterprise integration.
• Lead Omni-channel and telephony implementations for multi-channel customer communication.
• Define development, testing, and deployment strategies to ensure system stability and minimal disruption.
• Mentor developers on Salesforce governance, data integrity, and architectural standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and development.
• Deep expertise in Experience Cloud and Service Cloud implementation.
• Proven experience with MuleSoft for real-time and batch integrations.
• Hands-on proficiency with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL.
• Strong knowledge of Omni-channel and Telephony integration patterns.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical architecture.
• Experience with Salesforce security best practices, including role hierarchy and sharing rules.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Health Cloud implementation experience.
• Integration experience with telephony solutions like AWS Connect or Genesys.
• Experience in DevOps environments, Salesforce DX, and Salesforce Shield.
