Description

You will design and architect scalable Salesforce solutions, primarily focusing on Sales Cloud, while leading integration efforts and mentoring development teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable Salesforce architectures tailored to specific business needs and Sales Cloud requirements.
• Lead integration efforts between Salesforce and enterprise systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Develop custom solutions using configurations, workflows, process automation, and custom objects.
• Implement data management strategies including migration, cleansing, and deduplication.
• Mentor development teams on technical design and Salesforce best practices.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Salesforce experience with 5+ years focused on Sales Cloud.
• Salesforce Architect Certification or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce APIs and REST/SOAP integrations.
• Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud features: Lead, Account, and Opportunity Management, Sales Path, and Forecasting.
• Strong expertise in data modeling, data migration, and data integration.
• Advanced understanding of Salesforce security models, sharing rules, and roles.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Experience working in Agile environments.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant certification.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Pardot, Einstein Analytics, Marketing Cloud, or Service Cloud.
• Familiarity with Salesforce DX, CI/CD tools, and DevOps practices.
