Description

You will design and architect scalable Salesforce-based CRM solutions for Wealth Technology platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable and flexible Salesforce CRM architectures to meet specific business needs.
• Lead implementation of custom objects, workflows, process builders, triggers, and Visualforce pages.
• Integrate Salesforce CRM with existing systems and third-party applications like portfolio management using REST, SOAP, and Salesforce Connect.
• Provide technical guidance to development teams and conduct regular code reviews to ensure architectural standards.
• Optimize system performance and maintain code quality across the Salesforce ecosystem.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10 years of experience in software development.
• At least 5 years of experience architecting Salesforce-based solutions for enterprise-level applications.
• Deep expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce APIs, including REST and SOAP.
• Strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical Salesforce solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce certifications: CTA, Application Architect, System Architect, or Platform Developer I (PD-I).
• Experience with Wealth Technology platforms or trading applications.
• Master's degree in a related field.
