Description

You will own the architectural design and delivery of complex Salesforce solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional and technical workshops to design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions.
• Design and architect scalable, secure Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
• Define architectural vision with business stakeholders and translate complex requirements into well-architected solutions.
• Provide architectural guidance for CRM implementations, integrations, and platform upgrades.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment on technical strategy.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience with extensive hands-on Salesforce architecture and solution design.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale Salesforce implementations in enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Lightning.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Platform capabilities.
• Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex.
• Strong understanding of security, data models, and performance optimization in Salesforce.
• Experience with integration architectures and API-based solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with complex platform upgrades and migration strategies.
