Description

Lead end-to-end architectural design, discovery, and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and scoping sessions to define project scope, expectations, and technical roadmaps.
• Design and build Proof of Concepts (POCs) and provide technical recommendations for system enhancements.
• Own the solution architecture and provide oversight throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Map functional requirements to Salesforce features and guide complex configuration issues.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with Salesforce.com (SFDC).
• 8+ years in solutioning, discovery, business analysis, and full life-cycle technology implementation.
• 5+ years of enterprise architecture or consulting experience.
• Expert-level understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura components.
• Strong application design skills including data, integration, and security architecture.
• Proficiency in business analysis and mapping functional requirements to SFDC functionality.
• Ability to develop Statements of Work (SOW) and technical solution estimates.

Preferred Skills

• Mentor junior team members.
• Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
