About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions. This role requires strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, integrations, and end-to-end CRM implementations.

Key Responsibilities:
Design end-to-end Salesforce architecture and solution blueprints
Recommend scalable Salesforce solutions and integration strategies
Lead complex implementations and ensure best practices
Conduct code reviews and mentor development teams
Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize system performance
Collaborate with stakeholders to define business and technical requirements
Drive governance, standardization, and CI/CD processes
Support UAT and ensure smooth production rollout

Core Expertise:
Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud)
Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components
REST/SOAP APIs & Integration Architecture
Data Modeling & Security (Roles, Sharing Rules)
CI/CD, SFDX, Git
Azure / Databricks (Preferred)

Requirements:
10+ years of Salesforce experience with 5+ years in Architecture roles
Strong experience in end-to-end Salesforce implementations
Expertise in integrations and API consumption
Hands-on experience with customization and development
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Certifications (Must Have):
Salesforce Architect Certifications (Application/System Architect preferred)
