You will design, develop, and oversee scalable solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem for the Massachusetts Department.

Responsibilities

• Serve as principal architect, providing technical leadership and guidance for Salesforce solutions.
• Develop scalable architectural designs aligned with evolving client needs and business goals.
• Oversee integration of Salesforce with various external systems, APIs, and legacy platforms.
• Conduct system audits, performance evaluations, and architectural reviews to ensure quality.
• Drive platform adoption by assisting with OCM activities and participating in release management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions.
• Advanced hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
• Expertise in multi-system integrations, APIs, and enterprise-scale architecture design.
• Proficiency in complex configurations, data modeling, and enterprise-level reporting strategies.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce sharing rules, security architecture, and SSO implementation.
• Active Salesforce certifications, including Architect-level credentials.
• Experience running projects using Agile methodologies and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Proven track record of leading development teams in Agile environments.
