Description

Lead the design and delivery of Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and platform environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design of Salesforce and affiliated solutions, providing technical justifications for architectural decisions.
• Conduct research into client usage to produce findings reports, recommended steps, and solution roadmaps.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to build prototypes and proofs of concept to elicit and define requirements.
• Act as release manager by approving configuration and coded items for deployment between environments.
• Groom and refine the Salesforce product backlog in liaison with stakeholders and SMEs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a leading role delivering Salesforce projects.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator.
• Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant.
• Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant.
• Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Sales Cloud, and Platform App Builder.
• Experience in collaborative project and workstream planning.

Preferred Skills

• Provide guidance on user story writing, ensuring success and acceptance criteria are clearly defined.
• Supervise configuration, quality assurance, testing, and deployment processes.
