Description

You will provide technical leadership for Salesforce implementations and large-scale web applications serving millions of users.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead development teams and provide technical guidance on advanced concepts to internal and external vendor teams.
• Coordinate communication between business and technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Oversee overall technology delivery, including software development, data engineering, analytics, QA processes, and UX.
• Advocate for technical standards with external vendors to ensure high-quality, timely software delivery.
• Build internal expertise on vendor-delivered solutions to support long-term technology roadmaps.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in senior technical roles, specifically leading development teams.
• Deep experience with the Salesforce CRM platform, including LPI modules, DataCloud, Einstein, and DocuSign.
• Hands-on experience with REST API frameworks and CI/CD or DevOps tools.
• Proficiency in data management and reporting using RDBMS, NoSQL, MuleSoft, Tableau, or Snowflake.
• Experience with mobile application frameworks such as React, Xamarin, or Salesforce Lightning.
• Proven track record working on large-scale software projects.
• Technical knowledge of automated testing frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with both waterfall and agile software delivery methodologies.
• Familiarity with SaaS and IaaS platforms including Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, and Snowflake.
• Experience with performance testing and tuning.
