Description

Design and implement scalable Salesforce Health Cloud solutions for the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure Salesforce Health Cloud, including custom objects, fields, validation rules, and automation via workflows and process builders.
• Architect integrations between Health Cloud and external systems such as electronic health records (EHR), billing systems, and telehealth platforms.
• Define data models, workflows, and data mapping strategies to ensure data integrity and security across the health ecosystem.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, administrators, and IT teams to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.
• Ensure all architectural solutions align with security standards and HIPAA compliance regulations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and implementation.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
• Hands-on technical experience with Apex, LWC, and JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of OOPs concepts and Salesforce OOB security.
• Knowledge of Salesforce governor limits and unit test class development.
• Proficiency in data mapping and data transformation processes.
• Degree in any graduate field.
