Description

You will own the end-to-end technical design and strategy for Sales Cloud.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design for Sales Cloud, ensuring scalable schema and governed automation using Flow Builder.
• Spearhead deployment of AI-driven business processes using Agentforce solutions, Agent Builder, and Prompt Builder.
• Drive development of reusable components using LWC, Apex, and Aura, adhering to SLDS.
• Design and manage REST/SOAP API integrations and middleware layers for secure data synchronization.
• Oversee the development lifecycle using SFDX and CI/CD best practices for code quality and testing.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• 3+ years in a Lead or Architect role focused on Sales Cloud.
• Expertise in Apex, LWC, Aura, Flow, Batch Apex, and SOQL.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Data Modeling, Security, and Approval Processes.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Familiarity with Salesforce tools including Apex, Visual Force, JavaScript, and Apex APIs.
• Experience translating complex business requirements into technical roadmaps.
