Description

You will lead the design and development of custom Salesforce solutions and oversee the technical direction of the development team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and Salesforce APIs.
• Oversee junior developers to ensure adherence to best practices and code quality through design sessions and reviews.
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and end users to analyze requirements and define project strategies.
• Design, code, and test solutions while providing accurate work effort estimates for new projects.
• Mitigate issues identified during testing and support the resolution of escalated security, permission, and workflow problems.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Salesforce Architect (or 6 years with an MS in Computer Science).
• BS in Computer Science.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, Java, and JavaScript.
• Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Partner Communities, B2B Commerce, and Service Cloud.
• Expertise in data modeling, integration, security, and customization.
• Strong command of Object Oriented Programming and Salesforce best practices.
• Experience working within an Agile development environment.
• Proven ability to handle complex technical requirements in cross-functional settings.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Technical Architect certification or similar credential.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, DX, Tricentis Tosca, or Oracle SOA.
