Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce solutions aligned with client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical mappings against Salesforce product features.
• Design solutions leveraging architectural best practices and conduct peer reviews.
• Guide technical teams on requirements and coach on platform best practices.
• Evaluate and recommend AppExchange products to meet specific business needs.
• Review and determine user story readiness for implementation.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of total experience in Information Technology.
• 7+ years of professional services or technical consulting experience.
• 7+ years of Salesforce configuration and consulting experience.
• 4+ years of HubSpot experience.
• Deep understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Expertise in Salesforce Portal/Communities and Marketing AppExchange.
• Experience with functional testing and development.
• Proven client-facing and project management experience.
• Strong technical writing, presentation, and organizational skills.
