Description

Lead architecture and design for enterprise Salesforce solutions across Revenue Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect and oversee Salesforce CPQ implementations, including product bundling, pricing rules, and subscription lifecycle management.
• Design integrations with ERP systems, billing platforms, and third-party tools using API-led architecture.
• Build and optimize customer and partner portals using Experience Cloud.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions while ensuring governance, security, and performance standards.
• Mentor development teams and collaborate with stakeholders to align technical execution with business goals.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of CRM experience with 5+ years in Salesforce architecture.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
• Experience with enterprise ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
• Deep understanding of quote-to-cash processes and subscription-based business models.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Revenue Recognition standards (ASC 606 / IFRS 15).
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or relevant Specialist/Architect certifications.
