Description

You will own the architectural design and oversight for Salesforce implementations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design Salesforce implementations and provide architectural guidance for related teams.
• Define business objectives through discovery sessions, gathering client requirements, user stories, and use cases.
• Provide technical direction for complex Salesforce customizations and system integrations.
• Develop and document proofs of concept for new features and share knowledge across teams.
• Create and execute testing criteria, training plans, and support procedures.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience with Salesforce.
• 4+ years specifically in an architecture role.
• 5+ years experience with Apex, Flows, and Process Builder.
• 3+ years experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• 3+ years experience with 2nd Gen Packages.
• Proven ability to debug triggers, Apex, and Visualforce pages.
• In-depth understanding of Salesforce platform limits and security models.
• Strong business acumen and proven ability to recognize technical risks.
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SQL.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or related field.
