Description

You will design and implement foundational Salesforce architecture, leveraging Agentforce and Data Cloud to build scalable platforms for Health, Research, and Education domains.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable platforms with strict data segregation and security models.
• Design Agentforce AI agents and workflows for intelligent automation and knowledge retrieval.
• Build Experience Cloud portals for secure digital experiences for external stakeholders.
• Define Data Cloud architecture, including ingestion pipelines, segmentation strategies, and governance frameworks.
• Establish platform governance, DevOps practices, and security standards to ensure compliance.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Salesforce platform experience in architecture and technical leadership roles.
• Expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud architecture and enterprise data strategy.
• Experience designing Agentforce AI-driven automation and workflow solutions.
• Proven track record with Experience Cloud portal architecture.
• Strong implementation experience with REST APIs, middleware, and MuleSoft.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Platform, including Apex and LWC.
• Proficiency in DevOps practices and data governance.
• Strong understanding of security models, identity management, and compliance frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce certifications including Data Cloud Consultant, Application Architect, System Architect, or CTA pathway.
• Experience implementing Tableau analytics integrated with Data Cloud.
• Experience working within healthcare, research, or higher education data environments.
