Description

Own the foundational Salesforce architecture for Health, Research, and Education domains, designing scalable platforms with strict data segregation, security models, and governance.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Salesforce architecture leveraging Agentforce and Data Cloud.
• Define Data Cloud architecture including ingestion pipelines, segmentation, and governance.
• Design Experience Cloud portals for secure digital experiences across multiple user groups.
• Establish platform governance, DevOps practices, and security standards for compliance.
• Enable analytics using Tableau or Tableau Next integrated with Data Cloud.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Salesforce platform experience with architecture and technical leadership.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud architecture and enterprise data strategy.
• Experience designing Agentforce AI-driven automation and workflow solutions.
• Proven experience with Experience Cloud portal architecture.
• Strong background in secure enterprise integrations using REST APIs and MuleSoft.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Platform including Apex and LWC.
• Deep understanding of data governance, identity management, and compliance frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce certifications such as Data Cloud Consultant, Application Architect, System Architect, or CTA pathway.
• Experience working with healthcare, research, or higher education data environments.
