Description

You will design key technical components of solutions and direct technical resources to deliver project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design technical components and develop architecture blueprints in collaboration with enterprise architects.
• Reduce technical risk by uncovering design issues early and recommending solution alternatives.
• Conduct design and code reviews during major project milestones.
• Guide functional teams on Salesforce features to facilitate effective client grooming sessions.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain environment, CI/CD, and release management strategies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Salesforce Integration Architect, Data Architect, and Admin certifications.
• Service Cloud, Admin, and Developer certifications.
• Expertise in Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce integration patterns, including on-premise and cloud integration.
• Experience with large data volume limitations, core design patterns, and asynchronous operations.
• Proficiency with at least one data integration tool such as Talend, Informatica Cloud, Pentaho, Jitterbit, Boomi, or MuleSoft.
• Experience with CTI integration and configuration.
• Ability to define API definitions and data layouts for user stories.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or a related field.
