Lead Salesforce implementations, migrations, and integrations across Marketing and Service clouds.
Responsibilities
Architect and deploy complex solutions using Marketing Cloud modules including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Advertising Studio, Audience Builder, and Automation Studio.
Configure Service Cloud capabilities such as case management, Live Agent, Knowledge Management, and Omni-Channel routing.
Develop custom integrations and automation using Salesforce APIs (SOAP, REST), Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS), AMPScript, and SQL queries within Marketing Cloud.
Build and maintain backend logic and UI components using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components alongside declarative tools like Flows and Process Builder.
Required Skills
7+ years of Salesforce platform experience.
4+ years of hands-on experience specifically in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
4+ years of hands-on experience specifically in Salesforce Service Cloud.
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components development.
Strong command of Salesforce APIs (SOAP and REST).
Expertise in SSJS, AMPScript, and SQL query construction for Marketing Cloud.
Proven track record of leading end-to-end Salesforce implementations and migrations.
Preferred Skills
Experience with any graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
