Lead the architectural design and delivery of complex, large-scale Salesforce implementations.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the technical strategy for Service Cloud solutions.
• Oversee end-to-end project lifecycles, from initial design through to deployment.
• Architect scalable solutions for enterprise-level Salesforce environments.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and technical standards across all deliverables.

Required Skills

• Minimum 15 years of professional IT experience.
• Proven track record of completing at least 5 architect-level projects.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (PDII) certification is mandatory.
• Deep technical expertise in Service Cloud configuration and customization.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform limits, governor limits, and best practices.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
