Description

You will design and develop custom solutions on the Force.com platform as a hands-on technical leader.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom solutions using Apex, VisualForce, and application integration.
• Lead business process analysis sessions to define requirements, specifications, and process flows.
• Evaluate technology trade-offs and project constraints to select feasible implementation paths.
• Guide clients toward standard cloud functionality to minimize unnecessary custom code.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to local and offshore team members.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in a hands-on technical leadership position.
• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce.com in development, configuration, or integration roles.
• Proficiency in Apex and VisualForce.
• Experience with application integration and data migration.
• Expertise in designing and implementing cloud-based business applications.
• Ability to manage application configuration, testing, and deployment oversight.
• Experience with fusion RM or risk management strategies.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Application Architect certification.
• Salesforce System Architect certification.
