Description

Design and deploy technical Salesforce solutions while driving technology roadmaps and strategies.

Design and prototype technical solutions, authoring all related technical documentation and artifacts. Formulate and implement technology strategies using the Salesforce suite to integrate solutions into existing client technology estates. Develop relationships with executive and technical stakeholders to act as a trusted advisor. Lead estimation, resource planning, and scheduling in coordination with leadership and solution architecture teams. Participate in and lead responses to formal Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and tenders.

Responsibilities

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience defining, designing, and deploying Salesforce-based technical solutions.
• 2+ years of experience developing Salesforce customizations using Apex and Visualforce.
• 2+ years of experience creating technical architecture for complex, enterprise-wide Salesforce implementations.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations and executing data migrations.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification.
• Cloud Consultant certification in Community, Field Service, Sales, or Service.
• Current Salesforce Architect track certifications.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and technical communication skills for both executive and technical audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture and underlying technical workings.
• Background in cloud computing strategy and systems design.
