Description

You will design and oversee complex Salesforce solutions, leading technical teams through implementation and governance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement platform architecture across Sales and Service Clouds.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and design guidance.
• Define and enforce governance models for Citizen IT and professional development teams.
• Create detailed design documents and present them for formal architectural approval.
• Manage platform events and data flows to ensure timely delivery within system limits.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Solution Architecture.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce configuration, Apex development, and Flow.
• Extensive experience with heavy integrations and API management.
• Proven ability to push and pull data between Salesforce and disparate partner systems.
• Hands-on experience integrating with Azure and NoSQL databases like Mongo or Cosmos.
• Strong understanding of Identity Management and platform architecture.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for technical leadership.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
