Description

You will function as a Salesforce Technical Architect, designing solutions on the Salesforce Platform.

Responsibilities

• Design solutions for migrating from ITSM tools to Salesforce.
• Manage requirements and design discussions with the client during Discovery and Design phases.
• Lead low-level design and prepare formal Solution documents.
• Design solutions leveraging Out of Box capabilities wherever possible.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience as a Salesforce Platform Architect.
• Experience designing integrations with third-party systems.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies.
• Strong technical skills for Salesforce solution design.
• Good understanding of Data Models and data loading processes.
• Experience working closely with Client Architects.
