Description

Design and oversee technical implementations within the Salesforce ecosystem, managing development, administration, and system integration projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce development, administration, and system integration projects.
• Manage end-to-end bug fixes and technical troubleshooting.
• Design solutions using Salesforce standard objects including Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Products, and Price books.
• Configure and optimize Lead processes, Sales processes, and Forecasting.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience using Waterfall, JAD, or Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Community Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Expertise in Salesforce Lightning and the Lightning Design System.
• Experience with MuleSoft for system integrations.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce standard object models.
• Proven track record in Salesforce development and administration.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
