Responsibilities

• Define the overall Salesforce architecture and technical strategy.
• Propose and present alternative solution approaches to meet specific business requirements.
• Establish development best practices tailored to customer requirements.
• Drive customer design review boards and lead technical discussions.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of Salesforce-relevant experience.
• Hands-on expertise with Apex.
• Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Proficiency in Salesforce Integration patterns and implementation.
• Direct implementation experience with Sales Cloud.
• Direct implementation experience with Service Cloud.
• Proven ability to define Salesforce Architecture.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
