Description

Lead technical design and implementation of Salesforce solutions across business units.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead design review sessions for functional and technical modules, including APEX development.
• Design and implement technical solutions for CRM enhancements and Salesforce module usage.
• Maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Manage software updates, health checks, bug fixes, and feature enhancements.
• Ensure system accessibility and security in alignment with enterprise standards and WCAG 2.1 compliance.

Required Skills

• Minimum 8 years of broad Information Technology experience.
• Minimum 4 years of experience creating technical designs involving configuration and APEX coding.
• Minimum 4 years of experience writing functional solution designs and detailed technical designs.
• Proven experience developing UI pages using the LWC framework.
• Minimum 6 years of experience with SQL.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce.com, APEX, and SQL.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware, and Salesforce API integration.
• Working knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
• Required certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder, ADM 201, and DEV 401.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Einstein Analytics.
• Experience with cloud technologies, specifically AWS.
