Description

You will lead the technical design and implementation of large-scale Salesforce engagements.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Transform business requirements into functional and technical Salesforce specifications.
• Design and develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems using SOAP and REST APIs.
• Conduct customer workshops during discovery to prepare end-to-end solution design documents.
• Own the full development lifecycle, including gathering requirements, coding, debugging, performance analysis, and deployment.
• Support pre-sales activities by working on proposals and estimating scope of work.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software experience.
• 5+ years of experience working specifically with Salesforce CRM.
• Hands-on technical architecture experience with the ability to write code.
• Proven experience implementing end-to-end solutions using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.
• Deep understanding of application development and integration using various design patterns.
• Proficiency with SOAP and REST API for system integrations.
• Functional knowledge of Sales, Service, Community, and FSL cloud products.
• Expertise in Lead Management, Quote to Cash, and Case Management processes.
• Salesforce certifications in both functional and technical areas.

Preferred Skills

• Architect and consulting track certifications (Integration Architect, Data Architect, etc.).
• Experience with AppExchange products, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Wave cloud.
• Experience working within Agile or other project management methodologies.
