Description

Design and lead technical solutions on the Salesforce platform for large-scale enterprise environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design technical solutions including object models, security, reports, and custom Apex requirements.
• Gather requirements through client interviews, whiteboard sessions, and documentation analysis.
• Perform process design including flow mapping, scenario design, and business workflow documentation.
• Identify and select third-party tools and products to meet business needs and financial constraints.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of professional experience with heavy Salesforce Architecture expertise.
• Extensive experience working within large-scale enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Communities.
• Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and the Lightning Design System framework.
• Deep technical knowledge of Apex and Apex Data Loader.
• Experience with declarative platform tools and customization on the Salesforce Lightning platform.
• Strong ability to manage multiple project timelines and meeting schedules.
