You will architect and deliver complex, scalable solutions leveraging the Salesforce platform, focusing on loyalty programs and promotions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure promotions frameworks covering coupons, vouchers, discounts, and referral incentives.
• Implement loyalty programs, defining tier structures, points logic, and omnichannel engagement journeys.
• Define end-to-end solution architecture integrating Salesforce with mobile apps, identity providers, and billing platforms.
• Lead discovery workshops to translate business strategy into scalable Salesforce solutions and define governance standards.
• Produce architecture diagrams, sequence flows, and technical documentation for deployment and rollout.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Salesforce platform experience.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Loyalty Management and Promotions capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of CRM, customer lifecycle management, and digital engagement models.
• Experience designing API integrations and SSO implementations.
• Proven experience delivering omnichannel customer engagement solutions.
• Ability to create architecture diagrams, data flows, and sequence diagrams.
• Web Platforms proficiency.
