Description

You will design and implement complex Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops and interviews to capture functional, non-functional, and data requirements.
• Design Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, fields, and workflows.
• Create and maintain documentation such as BRDs, user stories, and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and developers to align on implementation and participate in UAT.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in Service Cloud.
• Experience with Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, fields, and workflows.
• Knowledge of Omni Channel.
• Experience with Salesforce Flows.
• Understanding of Salesforce integrations with external systems (ERPs, marketing automation).
• Any Graduate degree.
