Description

You will lead the architectural design and implementation strategy for migrating from Microsoft Dynamics 365 to Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design and migration strategy from MS Dynamics to Salesforce FSC.
• Design and oversee integrations between Salesforce and Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) platforms.
• Develop migration frameworks, data mapping strategies, and technical specifications for complex integrations.
• Guide development teams on architectural standards and best practices.
• Establish governance frameworks for data quality and system performance.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of Salesforce implementation experience.
• Proven experience migrating from Microsoft Dynamics to Salesforce.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
• Experience integrating Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) platforms.
• Enterprise architecture experience within the financial services sector.
• Strong technical background in API integration patterns and middleware.
• Proficiency with data migration tools and ETL processes.

Preferred Skills

• Five9 platform experience.
• Salesforce Technical Architect certification.
• Experience with financial services compliance requirements and agile delivery.
