Description

Design and implement scalable, end-to-end Salesforce applications while managing developer teams and guiding stakeholder decisions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, flexible Salesforce applications based on specific customer requirements and functional needs.
• Manage developer teams by conducting code reviews, design reviews, and capacity management.
• Advise stakeholders on design options, technical trade-offs, and platform capabilities.
• Lead data migration strategies and manage large data volumes.
• Execute deployment processes using CI/CD principles and automation tools.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce software developer.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce configuration, including objects, fields, profiles, roles, workflows, and approval processes.
• Extensive experience with APEX, Visualforce, and the Lightning platform development framework.
• Proficiency in Salesforce integration patterns, APIs, security, and authentication.
• Experience with deployment tools such as Jenkins and ANT.
• Proven ability to manage both small and large developer teams.
• Experience communicating technical solutions to executive-level stakeholders.
• At least 4 Salesforce certifications, including Platform Developer I.
• Functional and technical knowledge of at least two Salesforce products, such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities Cloud, CPQ, or Heroku.

Preferred Skills

• Certified System Architect or Application Architect.
• At least one Consultant certification.
