Description

You will own the design, implementation, and management of CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce applications.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines specifically for Salesforce applications.
• Automate deployment workflows using Copado to improve speed and consistency.
• Oversee version control systems and enforce branching strategies for collaborative development.
• Set up and maintain Salesforce environments (development, testing, staging, production).
• Monitor application performance and implement automated testing frameworks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience in Salesforce development and deployment.
• Hands-on expertise with Copado.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD principles and pipeline management.
• Experience with DevOps practices.
• Proficiency in Salesforce architecture.
• Demonstrated ability in root cause analysis and timely issue resolution.
• Experience creating and maintaining deployment documentation.
