Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design Salesforce architecture solutions and present them to customers and stakeholders.
• Lead architecture and technical design reviews.
• Design and develop scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, LWC, Aura Framework, and Communities.
• Ensure Salesforce solutions meet platform standards, security requirements, and customer guidelines.
• Configure and customize Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs.
• Improve system architecture and optimize the performance of complex Salesforce applications.
• Support release management, continuous integration, version control, and deployment activities.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices.
• Support data migration, security configuration, troubleshooting, and debugging activities.
• Work with Agile teams to ensure successful end-to-end project delivery.

Skills Required:

• Strong experience in Salesforce architecture, configuration, and customization.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Framework, and Lightning Experience.
• Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce data models and SOQL.
• Experience configuring profiles, permission sets, public groups, roles, and other security features.
• Experience with data migration, release management, CI/CD, version control, and deployment tools.
• Good understanding of UI/UX principles.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Knowledge of the latest Salesforce features and platform capabilities.
• Experience working in Agile project environments.

Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Salesforce certifications are preferred
